Deletions
editI have deleted "belligerent" and "extremist" as POV. The Kotahitanga church was founded in 1961 and flourished in the 1990s under the direction of Alexander Phillips. It attracted large crowds to its Easter kapa haka competitions at Manu Ariki. It was (is?) a sect (or heresy) of Roman Catholicism, with an eclectic mixture of Māoritanga and Phillips' own teachings. It emphasised the Virgin Mary in its teachings, adding her to the trinity. --Hugh7 (talk) 09:09, 10 April 2017 (UTC)
