Lack of sources
editThe only "reference" given for this article is a book. The book contains a passage about a wire-binder invented by W. W. Burson. Here we read "He had two wire-binders at work in the harvest of 1860. The next year some twenty-five of them were built at Muscatine, Iowa, for attachment to the John H. Manny reaper, and were worked in the harvest from Vandalia, 111., northward as far as Red Wing, Minn., several being sold to farmers". This is the only mention in the book of the "Manny reaper". Thus the article is effectively unreferenced. JamesBWatson (talk) 10:56, 22 April 2010 (UTC)
- And what about these other 333 books with coverage of the subject? Phil Bridger (talk) 13:04, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
