This page is not unambiguously promotional, because it involves a person that is a spouse of the incumbent Vice President of the Philippines. The article per se only intends to give readers the basic information about the Vice President's husband using the right attributes, credits, and sources. I hope that the deletion of this article won't continue for the sake of transparency and information for the readers, especially those that are curious to know more about the husband of the Vice President.
