The Falls

edit

Anyone got any photos of the falls? Put em on here I want to see em! AndrewEnns (talk) 05:30, 11 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

It is unfortunate, in my opinion, that two of the primary geographic features for which Marble Falls is famous are no longer available to be enjoyed by visitors (I’m in Marble Falls right now). The falls, for which the town is named, is submerged beneath a man-made lake, and Granite Mountain is a heap of disfigured stone (I’m an Austinite so yes Im aware of its contribution to the capitol building and Austin Bergstrom Int’l Airport). I am thankful that Enchanted Rock escaped the same fate as Granite Mountain.Rdenney (talk) 20:55, 4 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Marble Falls, TX Micropolitan Statistical Area

edit

This is a newly formed (Dec. 2009) micropolitan statistical area, that is now part of the also newly formed Austin-Round Rock-Marble Falls, TX Combined Statistical Area.[1] Would someone include this in the article, please? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.177.102.147 (talk) 23:07, 7 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

The population of Marble Falls, Texas (need to fix)

edit

As of the 2010 census, the city population was 6,077 (not 6,047)! Anyone know from which website the Wikipedia article for Marble Falls, Texas has the population of 6,047? I think that 6,047 is incorrect. The correct is 6,077:
