Contact with the Marco Dimitri

edit

My involvement with this article thus far is merely transferring it from the Italian Wikipedia and adding categories and so forth. However, I find it prudent to mention that around the time of his first trial (according to this article) I was contacted on IRC by a person who presented himself as Marco Dimitri of BdS. We had contact of a private nature for a short period, and I have since not been involved with this person. I never got confirmation that this person was indeed who he said he was. __meco 14:48, 7 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Help needed from Italian speakers

edit

There is a part of the article which has so far been commented out because my translation skills proved insufficient for making sense of it. So anyone who speaks Italian who reads this article are encouraged to check out the source text of the article and assist in translating that part which is Italian and enclosed in comment code (<!-- -->). __meco (talk) 07:22, 30 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

"A move that generated a lot of controversy and media coverage"

edit

this is simply false! I've never heard about this guy (I'm an italian in italy). See for example http://ricerca.repubblica.it/ricerca/repubblica?query=Marco+Dimitri&view=repubblica&mode=phrase&fromdate=2012-01-01&todate=2013-02-26&author=&sortby=ddate

the most important italian newspaper never named him--131.114.73.21 (talk) 14:25, 26 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Miscarriage of justice, mockery of LBP

edit

I would like to point out that the whole story about the "children of Satan" ("Bimbi di Satana") turned out to be a gross miscarriage of justice. Dimitri has always been foreign to the case and to the sect (which never actually existed) and it was only a new mockery of the Luther Blissett Project, to demonstrate the easy maneuverability of the masses through the media. --Number55★ (after 54, before 56) 21:30, 15 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
