Untitled
editJudge Margarito C. Garza is the creator of the first Mexican-American comic book hero. There is an article with information about him on Wikipedia and the article has external references including a newspaper.
The article is very short and in rough format because it is my first halting attempt at creating an article from scratch.
However, the reasons the article needs to stay are:
1) The person is noteworthy (from outside sources and internally from Wikipedia) 2) While the article is admittedly an amateurish effort by a neophyte article creator, the subject has enough interest so that it will be polished and expanded by subsequent revisions by other editors. 3) The contribution to publishing by this ethnic minority has been under-reported and Wikipedia has an opportunity to advance the knowledge-base by having just this kind of article.
Revival series/Richard Dominguez
editPlans for a revival series by Richard Dominguez have been scrapped as of 2011. Dominguez was unable to come to an agreement with the Garza family and as a result is unable to feature the character in any of his publications. Any images associated with Relampago drawn by Richard Dominguez or Efren Molina for Azteca Productions should be subject to deletion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aztecapro 1 (talk • contribs) 06:53, 16 November 2011 (UTC)
