Hyphenated or not

People usually do not remember whether there is a hyphen or not. Even our article about compound name says that some people write it in both ways. - Altenmann >talk 16:27, 16 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

People write some given names without a hyphen. This isn't one of them, at least as far as notable people are concerned. There is a guideline somewhere against creating a given name page without anybody of significance bearing that name, so in the same spirit, the unhyphenated version should be ignored as well.
