This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... it is a physical description of a building in the Dubai Marina that is viewed from Dubai Marina Mall. It is not advertising, seeking revenue or promoting sales.
I left a message on your talk page. I considered your major layout changes not appropriate. We are improving the references and readability of the article. And during AfD we should not diminish an article or remove another editor's contributions. Lightburst (talk) 19:51, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

A response to the comment above, which one must assume refers to a discussion opener, but has no header to indicate that:
A rollback back of contributions made to the page incorrectly described in both edit summary and user talk page as Wikipedia:Disruptive editing going so far as to make the absurd claim that "the edits are considered disruptive during AfD" despite the fact that the invitation to "Feel free to improve the article" was taken up and the article was improved.
In fact the rollback removed references, restored incorrect information to the infobox, and eliminated an viable external link.
The article was (and is again) is poorly structured, Wikipedia:BLOATED, repetitive, includes unnecessary poor headers (the three towers are?), has too much white space (to make it look substantial?), and contains contradictory information. It's a mess, that if it survives AfD will need to be cleaned-up and WIKIFIED.Djflem (talk) 20:46, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
Since you are against keeping the article, I can only see your efforts as diminishing the article to make a case that it is not worthy of a stand alone article. Turning the intro into a run on sentence about everything is nothing like any other article on WP Lightburst (talk) 20:50, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
I agree with some of what you have said here. I was surprised to see it turned back into a run-on stub. Apologies if I removed any of your references. Lightburst (talk) 20:58, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
If you decide you's like Wikipedia:OWNERSHIP, by all means. Here's some references/ex-link if you decide you want to improve the article:
And you may want to at least try to get the first sentences right:
Marina Quays is a three-tower residential complex.....The building has luxury apartments with panoramic viewsDjflem (talk) 21:10, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
I definitely did not want battleground or ownership. I think my main objection was to the layout of the article, and the (IMO) diminished readability. Perhaps layout can me dealt with later? I do not want to get into a scrap over the article. I made some assumptions about your intentions that I should not have made. Lightburst (talk) 21:23, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
