editI can't find anything about this on imdb, and it might be a joke, but I've seen his name in the credits for Chappelle's Show, or at least for some of the credits that roll as a part of some skits on there. For example, I just watched one that had a "Dave Chappelle's Two-Minute Special" in which he starts to tell the audience what he thinks of the war in Iraq, but runs out of time before saying anything.
