Re: the Business changes - It is a matter of public record that in 2008 there was a court case between Gubelmann and Benedict(suit/countersuit filed in Federal court) and that Benedict now has his own firm. Removed the references to "Daniel Benedict" which continually seem only to promote "Daniel Benedict" and which are repeatedly added by user Danielbenedict1. Request is made for Danielbenedict1 (talk) to further explain the justification for these additions as noteworthy to this encyclopedia article. Given the username and content of the revisions this appears to be a clear violation of our conflict of interest guidelines. 16:54, 23 April 2013 (UTC)
