Date of Marjorie Lord's birth
editI don't see a citation for the July 26, 1918, date that was originally listed in the text and in the infobox.
Ephraim Katz' The Film Encyclopedia gives July 26, 1922, as her date of birth. The World Almanac Who's Who of Film doesn't give a specific date, but it lists 1922 as her year of birth.
Is any documentation available to support 1918 rather than 1922? Eddie Blick (talk) 16:05, 26 September 2015 (UTC)
- I have a transcription of her original birth certificate. It says that she (Marjore F. Wollenberg) was born on July 26, 1918, in San Francisco. Her mother's maiden name is listed as "Edgar", which means that the document is for the correct Marjorie. It's a violation of BLP rules to directly cite her birth record in the article though...OscarL 16:26, 28 September 2015 (UTC)
Where did "Lord" come from?
editThe very first line in the entry indicates that "Lord" is a marriage name since it's followed by "nee" in parentheses. However, none of the three listed husbands have the last name of "Lord."
So how did she get the last name of "Lord"?
Just curious. 2600:8800:50B:6700:C23F:D5FF:FEC5:89B6 (talk) 18:49, 27 September 2016 (UTC)
