Lots of obvious detail needed. Who can officiate marriage: state, religious organisation with celebrant who is registrar, ...? Acceptable venue. Etc. I expect it's very similar to the rest of Great Britain, in which case something (with appropriate links)) like "the regulations for marriage are very similar to England and Wales, except that ..." would be OK.
