Last paragraph

1) The paragraphs were arranged such that section breaks were natural. So I added section headings to make the structure more formal.

2) The last paragraph is fairly incoherent. The first sentence is a run-on, and the part before the first comma does not seem to belong. The next three sentences are a bit confusing. I can't tell if the "Traditional" observations are from Mars or Earth. I don't know what the rain means or why it is "in conclusion". The word "indefinitely" does not seem to belong in the last sentence. Are the lighter marks on Mars? Are there similarly light marks on earth? The wording in this paragraph is very imprecise. I'm not fixing it because I have not read the reference material.Elriana (talk) 22:12, 19 December 2016 (UTC)

Rewrite/overhaul

I have rewritten this article to improve its syntax, as well as overhaul its sources. I introduced some new ones although others were deleted. MacArthur44 (talk) 07:38, 11 July 2023 (UTC)
