Birth name?
editBillboard said in 2019 that "Tini’s real name is Martina Alejandra Stoessel Muzlera." Spanish and Italian sources do not list the birth name with Alejandra.[1][2][3][4]
Earlier today, Texas IP 216.177.191.156 removed Alejandra, saying "She has confirmed that Alejandra is not her name in interviews". What interviews? Can we see a link?
Many different editors have removed Alejandra, some also removing Muzlera, her mother's maiden name.[5][6][7][8]
The May 2018 version of this article listed her birth name as Martina Stoessel. The first time that Alejandra and Muzlera were added was in June 2018 by User:Lincei17 who did not cite a source. I am concerned that Lincei17's addition was picked up by the Billboard reporter who lazily checked Wikipedia; a case of "citogenesis".
Because of the very likely case of citogenesis, I am removing the names added without reference by Lincei17. Binksternet (talk) 15:34, 3 November 2021 (UTC)
- I agree with you regarding the possible citogensis. For what it's worth, the Spanish language version of the article cites her tax identification page which lists her name as just "Martina Stoessel". That page is how she is officially registered with the Argentinian government and if Alejandra or Muzlera were part of her name, it would appear there. -- irn (talk) 16:22, 3 November 2021 (UTC)
- I didn't find sources where she confirmed that she really have the surname "Muzlera", she always introduces herself as "Martina Stoessel" Giozinha (talk) 22:34, 27 February 2023 (UTC)
- According to her book it's just Martina Stoessel. ItsMario97 (talk) 22:55, 27 February 2023 (UTC)
She said that it’s only Martina Stoessel, because she said in a interview, that it’s only Martina Stoessel Eeetiniiiiii (talk) 14:10, 27 December 2022 (UTC)
Also she has it in her book Eeetiniiiiii (talk) 14:27, 27 December 2022 (UTC)

Body image
editThere has been quite a lot of discourse in Argentina regarding Tini's body and physicial appearance. She was/has been criticized and trolled for it frequently by television panel hosts, tabloids, online commenters, and people, becoming a topic that gained mainstream exposure/attention. Correlated to this were also opinions and speculation about rumored substance abuse formed by the media, tabloids, and online users—which Tini addressed in her new album.
Recently, once again, a journalist from A24 made comments regarding her physical appearance during a broadcast about the Dublin concert of Coldplay's tour. She responded to this on X, after which the journalist stated a public apology to her. Such matters of media people and as a result, general public, making unsolicited harsh opinions on her appearance were cited by Tini as a contributing factor to the depression and anxiety she experienced, and worked on, in the recent past.
Seems to be a prominent topic in relation to her public image. Do we need a 'Public image' section and maybe the conversation regarding her appearance as a subsection or some prose in it? I want to know if anyone wants to contribute to it or would like to work together to do so. Or even if anyone knows more/in detail about this topic.
