Jean-Pierre Chrétien and Jean-François Dupaquier (2007). "Burundi 1972, au bord des génocides (Paris, 2007), ftn. 23, pp. 89-90". Academic book.

Is there any evidence that the flag on the page currently (File:Flag of Martyazo.svg) is anything more than the imagination of a wikipedian? In the book Burundi 1972, au bord des genocides (pp. 89-90), the Wikipedia flag actually gets a mention in the footnote and is said to represent a sort of "artists' impression" of the real flag prescribed in 1972. Does anyone have more concrete evidence? —Brigade Piron (talk) 15:04, 10 April 2015 (UTC)Reply
