editWhat is the qualifying criteria for a Sikh martyr?
editThe following line from the article makes it seem that literally any Sikh person who died is considered a martyr. Is this accurate or is there a more specific reason as to what constitutes a martyr in Sikhi?
- And many more who died in the Hill States–Sikh Wars, Early Mughal-Sikh Wars, Mughal-Sikh Wars, Wadda ghallughara, Chotta gallughara and the 1984 Sikh massacre.

editI have tagged this page for violating our policy on maintaining a neutral point of view. Most of the article is written using sources within the Sikh faith, and for such sources we need to use in-text attribution. Most of the article is, at present, using Wikipedia's voice inappropriately. I will trim some material, but this needs a wholesale rewrite. Vanamonde93 (talk) 21:28, 22 August 2024 (UTC)
