Should "Tokon" in the article title be spelled with the macron?

The references list, at a glance, seem to show a good mix of spellings with and without the macron. Most or all official sources spell it with the macron. I'm not entirely sure what the ruling on this would be, but I'd assume "Tōkon" could easily qualify as the commonname over "Tokon".
