Why is there no mention of May Dennett's views on eugenics? Seems pertinent. Havalynii (talk) 14:45, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
- Her views on eugenics were utterly unremarkable at the time - even birth control opponents often advocated much more extreme positions on eugenics than Dennett, including forcible sterilization. Dennett's arguments were based primarily on quality of life and self-determination rather than eugenics. Of course, feel free to add information about it if you're so motivated. Looks like a pretty fantastic improvement effort recently! One observation, if there are other good sources available, ideally an article shouldn't rely too heavily on any single source. So if it's possible to work in some footnotes to other reliable sources, that would be good; but only if good ones exist! -Pete (talk) 22:47, 21 May 2012 (UTC)
