Renaming

Shouldn't this article be more properly named "Mary Harlan Lincoln" or something of that nature? I wonder why the original creator chose to use her maiden name as last name. Any thoughts on renaming yay or nay? Sector001 (talk) 21:25, 13 February 2013 (UTC)

I think that when I created this page I used an existing red link on the Robert Lincoln page. If I remember right, at the time, I thought that keeping the name the same as in the red link -- Mary Eunice Harlan -- would prevent confusion with Mary Todd Lincoln.

I don't have a vested interest -- if others feel a name change to Mary Harlan Lincoln or something like that is in order, that's fine by me. Billmckern (talk) 01:57, 14 February 2013 (UTC)
