While "surfing" the internet on articles related to my Aunt, Mary ANN Guthrie, who was Miss WV 1958; I happened upon this erroneous information which has been posted by Wikipedia. Miss WV 1958 was MARY ANN GUTHRIE, NOT Mary JANE. While MARY ANN GUTHRIE is quite an accomplished lady of whom I am very proud, NONE of these statements attributed to Mary JANE are correct for MARY ANN GUTHRIE, MISS WV 1958! I suppose I could scan and provide MARY ANN GUTHRIE'S birth certificate and newspaper articles from 1958 IF that is what is necessary to prove my point, since I was astonishingly told I was "wrong" when I attempted to ask for this correction previously.
JUST GOOGLE:MARY ANN Guthrie, Miss WV 1958... MARY ANN GUTHRIE and her family just want the correct information posted, or nothing at all.
