Your claim "Usually, mosques are addressed by their Arabic name": no, see Category:Mosques in Egypt (an Arabic-speaking country). The question however, is whether it is referred to as mosque in English-language sources (such as the mosque's own website) and if an English translation is attested in them, then per WP:UE the English translation should be used. --HyperGaruda (talk) 12:48, 2 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
