That article and the other articles cited in the mainspace, all refer to MassChallenge's own claim that it is the biggest. "The world's biggest" is a very big claim, and it needs to be backed up by a reliable, independent, third party. Since it is not, I am going to edit the article to state that MassChallenge claims to be the biggest, since we do not have any reliable source confirming that it is in fact the biggest.
