Much of the information in this article is out of date. Some citations are pointing to sources published in 2007 and 2008 (links not going to reliable sources either, 404 page not found errors, etc.) In particular, citation 8 needs to be updated, it does not match what the linked source (cia.gov website) says about Mexico. I'm not sure where "20 million lines" was pulled from because there is nothing on the site that gives a number of landlines in the remote mountainous region. Also, it looks like the "95 million [mobile] lines" is out of date.
