The Census stats are incorrectly termed. White, Asian, and Black are races, not ethnicities. Hispanic is the only 'ethnicity', which can be of any race.

Vacancy?

edit

Does anyone know why this district was vacant during the entire 31st Congress (1849-1851)?

Please reply here: Talk:31st United States Congress#Mass 4.
