- A few hours after I add a quote from Kevin Ash's book to this article, lazy bloggers regurgitate it: "Apparently, one of the guidelines in Massimo Tamburini’s approach to designing a motorcycle was centered on practicality and usable performance. He used to um things us and say that 'the ideal one would be a 750 with the power of a 1000 and the weight of a 500.'" Is "apparently" a code word for, "I copied it from Wikipedia"? --Dennis Bratland (talk) 15:22, 7 April 2014 (UTC)
- And another near copy-paste of the article. Sad. --Dennis Bratland (talk) 15:25, 7 April 2014 (UTC)
- This article is now 5x the readable prose size it was prior to the April 6 expansion, so it's eligible for WP:DYK. I'll continue to stitch together the timeline to fill in the gaps in the narrative. --Dennis Bratland (talk) 05:23, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
- Possible DYK hook: ... that Massimo Tamburini, the "Michelangelo of motorbike design", originally went into business making heating ducts? -- Brianhe (talk) 20:48, 8 April 2014 (UTC)

- Thanks, this should be a good one. I completed the DYK "paperwork" at Template talk:Did you know#Articles created/expanded on April 7 (it wasn't yet listed). — Brianhe (talk) 20:23, 11 April 2014 (UTC)
