editMassoud Nawabi was born in Shahrara, Kabul – Afghanistan in a religious family and the intellectual arena left foot. His father Ghulam Habib Nawabi was the last of the great Dari/ Persian poets and among the first to introduce modern Dari poetry to Afghanistan.
