Is it worth it?
editWhat can one do with a Master of Liberal arts or Studies degree? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.250.218.209 (talk • contribs) 16 October 2006
- Technically, one can do just about anything in these programs--write a book, prepare for a doctorate in a given subject, learn to keep one's mind from growing stale... I imagine that one can get just about anything out of the degree--same as the M.A. degree in a traditional discipline, except with more latitude. 24.2.244.245 19:12, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
- A very good answer (to a rather poor question). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.174.140.88 (talk • contribs) 7 November 2006
Subject title should be Master of Liberal Arts
editI would like to offer the suggestion for discussion that the title of this article be changed (that is, the article be migrated) to Master of Liberal Arts, if only because the majority of programs appear to hold that title. Thoughts? Sententia Noveboracensis (talk) 23:23, 6 June 2011 (UTC)
