North American club

edit

I know that in Spanish things from the United States are often referred to as norteamericano but it sounds kind of awkward in English. We would probably say American, or Major League Soccer, but North American is weird. I guess it's technically true but, in English, he was technically managing a North American club when he managed Chivas. I think it should be changed to American or MLS.

Agreed. North American is an odd usage, as well as being far too vague for what we're trying to achieve in an introductory sentence. It's fairly standard practice to use the league the team plays in, so I've changed it to Major League Soccer. cheers, Struway2 (talk) 08:33, 28 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
