This is an assessment of article Mathieu Gascongne by a member of the Composers project, according to its assessment criteria. This review was done by Magicpiano. ===Summary=== This article is apparently about a fairly important Renaissance figure, about whom relatively little information or music has survived. The theories about where and when he was active should be explicitly sourced (Scholar X says this; Scholar Y says that; Scholar Z synthesizes) so that we know who says what. The article should also be inline-cited (especially the assertions of fame and importance), and have at least one image added.
