Rewrites
editWhy is information pertinent to Kenseths' life being erased? He won a few days ago at the Bristol Motor Speedway and it was taken out. Not to start an edit war - but I do believe his current wins for this season is relevant and should be included - once the season is over it should be reduced to the highlights. --FiftyOneWicked 19:27, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
- To add on some more, it is not early in the season by any means - we are past the halfway mark, and almost to the final 10 races. --FiftyOneWicked 19:33, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
Correction on another rewrite, Matt has 17 career wins as of 2/15/09, his Busch/Nationwide Series win total is 23.. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.34.132.58 (talk) 17:11, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
Matt from Rockdale?
editA little something that hopefully the Wiki people can finally clear up:
"Kenseth was born in Cambridge, Wisconsin."
First of all, viewing a list of hospitals in Wisconsin will reveal that Cambridge does not have a hospital. So unless it was a home birth, this is technically innacurate.
Secondly, Matt grew up in a small (yet incorporated) town, Rockdale, WI just outside of Cambridge, WI. Not sure how to cite my sources on this other than conversations I've had with his school friends and Grandmother. Does a fact need to be published to be cited?
nascar always says hes from cambridge. His offical website says he was "born and raised" in Cambridge. You can read it at http://www.mattkenseth.com/html/MattBio.html Nascar.com also states the same information. http://www.nascar.com/news/headlines/cup/kenseth.bio/
- I adjusted the infobox for all drivers to say "hometown" since that data is what the field depicts. Hometown is the place that the person describes that they are from, independent of the actual location of their house or the hospital that they were born in. Royalbroil 13:10, 25 June 2008 (UTC)
- And regardless of the points here, multiple reliable sources say "born in Cambridge", so Q.E.D. - The Bushranger One ping only 01:49, 9 September 2013 (UTC)
2010 season
editI think there should be a picture of the Crown Royal Ford in the 2010 section. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Joseph507357 (talk • contribs) 17:58, 29 May 2010 (UTC)
