Fair use rationale for Image:Jacket1.jpg
editImage:Jacket1.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 09:56, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

Plagiarism -- needs rewrite
editThe bulk of this wikipedia article appears to have been plagiarized from http://www.bloomsburyusa.com/rights/details.asp?isbn=9781582346458&cf=0 with very few changes. The source website does not appear to be among those cited on the wiki page. Sections on Bogdanos's education and career mirror the publisher's biography almost exactly. Needs extensive revision and rewriting. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mcharold (talk • contribs) 04:51, 18 September 2008 (UTC)
After reading the Wiki plagiarism policy, I'd like some input as to the best way to handle this. On the one hand, it's always a shame to remove content, but this seems to be an evident case of plagiarism and possible copyright violation. I could just add the "copypaste" template and hope the article would get fixed, but it seems that the source material for the article is copyrighted, a biography written by a publishing company. Advice?

Disappointingly enough, a recent edit to this page has not done proper justice to the subject of this article. Once again, the author, "Peggyzack", chose to plagiarize material from the web (http://www.worldaffairsflorida.org/bcal2sp4.php?L=sp110.php, which is not among the cited sources) rather than writing the article him/herself. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mcharold (talk • contribs) 04:33, 27 October 2008 (UTC)
