editAnyone got anything to support the fact (I listened at the time but didn't care) that Newton was presenting on Nova for quite a while at the end of 2006?Garrie 04:36, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
Removed physical activity comment
edit"He excelled in the performing arts but underperformed in other areas, particularly subjects involving physical activity, although this is a practice he has rectified in recent times (refer October 06)."
Mikecraig 202.126.109.210,
please note that under Wikipedia's policy on biographies of living persons controversial material of any kind that is unsourced or poorly sourced is to be removed, especially if potentially libelous.
I have therefore removed the italicised comment that you added.

- I did not even know that I was in the middle of this! lol --Mikecraig 23:59, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
Newton was obviously drug affected at the time of the New Years Eve 2006 broadcast. I happened to view the broadcast as it went to air. Have you actually seen the footage Mikecraig? If not, on what basis did you reverse the edit?
- Where is the cited reference that he was like that...WP is not for rumours, speculation and POV (point of view) comments. (oh also learn how to sign your comments) --Mikecraig 03:49, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
Birth date
editIf Matthew Newton was born on 11 May 1977, he looks extraordinarily advanced on the cover of TV-Scene dated February 5-12 1977. Is it true he graduated from NIDA aged 6?
Seriously, he was born in January 1977 - the 22nd, if you're prepared to accept the authority of the Sydney Daily Telegraph.
