I have added more information to this page using government and other local sources. Please review it and change/add more information that you may think is the correct one. Please refrain from using terms like "poverty striken town" because local per capita earnings cannot be compared to those in the US. If that's the case, then everyone in PR is relatively poor.

Who are or were : Wilfredo Lafuente, José S. Navarro*Gilberto Martorel, Victoria Smith Villodas, Jose G. Sugranes, Luis Gugo Suarez, Maria Baduig and Rafael Dominguez?
