Removal of false statement in "design"
editThe phrase "which is the only 19th century military cartridge still commonly used in sporting rifles" describing the 7x57mm Mauser cartridge was removed, as this is false; the 6.5x55mm Swedish Mauser cartridge, designed in 1891, is still popular today. Modern sporting rifles in 6.5x55mm currently are produced by CZ, Tikka, Sako, and others, for sale to the US and other markets. This phrase is deceptive in that it implies that 7x57mm Mauser is the only such cartridge. 63.234.214.254 (talk) 21:03, 4 January 2017 (UTC)
