National Geographic series
editI'm confused. I was looking at National Geographics episode guide, comparing them with this page only to find they were inconsistent. eg The first one under series 1 "Crash Course" is listed under season 7 on List_of_Mayday_episodes. If there is an explanation, I would suggest it should be included within the article. It was a question that I was hoping to find the answer for! Periglio (talk) 14:03, 1 April 2013 (UTC)
- Hey there. It probably isn't updated. Use the latest 2013 episode sheet Qantasplanes (talk) 06:57, 2 April 2013 (UTC)
Should we unprotect the List of Mayday Episodes article now?
editNow that all Season 14 Episodes and titles are confirmed, should we unprotect the List of Mayday Episodes article now? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2.100.134.171 (talk) 16:14, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
Should we put the original titles on the actual Season 14 list?
editWhy aren't you putting the S14 Canadian titles on the actual list? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.44.230.158 (talk) 16:00, 19 June 2015 (UTC)
Creating category: Aviation accidents and incidents featured on Mayday
editI don't know, it seems like it would work as a category. Don't expect any opposition Layla, the remover (talk) 16:13, 7 December 2016 (UTC)
Well I guess I'll do it, no one responded and no one probably cares. Layla, the remover (talk) 16:35, 9 December 2016 (UTC)

Mayday (TV series) → Mayday (Canadian TV series) – There is another television show called Mayday so this page should be renamed per WP:NCTVUS. Tentinator 09:12, 26 March 2017 (UTC)
- However, it may be more beneficial to move the page to Air Crash Investigation per WP:COMMONNAME. Tentinator 09:17, 26 March 2017 (UTC)
- Support per nom. In ictu oculi (talk) 18:16, 26 March 2017 (UTC)
- Move to Air Crash Investigation. WP:NCDAB, natural disambiguation is preferred. Also this is the title used in most countries. Note that the WP:NCTVUS guideline seems to be currently rather silent on this WP:NCDAB issue whether or not parenthetical disambiguation MUST always be used if a television production, like this one, is broadcast in multiple countries, with different titles. - Support a move, undecided on target - I agree the article needs to be moved given the UK series, but I'm unsure where it should be moved to. I believe Wikipedia policies would suggest the move to Mayday (Canadian TV series) is proper, given it is produced in Canada and airs under that title, however in every country outside North America is airs as Air Crash Investigation with British narration and often different episode titles, etc. Personally I would prefer a move to ACI but I dare say the nominators move suggestion will win out. -- Whats new?(talk) 01:44, 5 April 2017 (UTC)
- Would prefer not to use Air Crash Investigation as this is a plausible search term for Aviation accidents and incidents#Investigation. Support Mayday (Canadian TV series) — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 09:02, 6 April 2017 (UTC)
- Support move to Mayday (Canadian TV series) – of all the available options, this one seems to be the closest to the WP:COMMONNAME, certainly in the production country-of-origin. Some of the other options will have to be covered by redirects... --IJBall (contribs • talk) 14:51, 6 April 2017 (UTC)

Website link appearing in the infobox without being in the coding.
editA link to a czech website appeared in the infobox present as the show's official website without actually being present in the articles's coding. I have been able to successfully hide it through adding a blank website field to the infobox. However the link is still present somewhere. It reappears once you remove the website field. It should be removed altogether as it is by no means the official website and links should not appear like that. Trouble is I don't know where it actually is situated in the coding.Tvx1 12:24, 23 June 2017 (UTC)
Australian version
editIsn't there an Australian version called Air Crash Investigations, mostly consisting of QANTAS? Jordf32123 (talk)
- No, Australia airs the Canadian program, taking British narration and title of Air Crash Investigation(s) -- Whats new?(talk) 01:32, 29 December 2017 (UTC)

Article title
editI’m starting to wonder whether we should rename this article Air Crash Investigation. That title has now even been adopted in Canada and Cineflix themselves call it that too now. It has become by far the most common.Tvx1 00:32, 2 January 2023 (UTC)
