Bullpen vs trading floor
editHaving briefly worked in City Hall during Mike Bloomberg’s time, I don't think a trading floor is the best simile (since it suggests he was a floor trader more than the creator of financial information and journalism systems). It was like many other workplaces except for having no corner offices or cubicles. His own desk was only distinguished by having two screens. Certainly the atmosphere was one of a quiet workplace, people seriously getting things done. Davert (talk) 20:22, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
