Proposed merge with MacDowell

Combining helps readers - see discussion at User_talk:PamD#Disambiguation_stuff User_talk:PamD/Archive_13#Disambiguation_stuff. Would need a bit of tidying up to the dab page at McDowell, to ensure that both Mc and Mac non-surname items are all included there (the current MacDowell is not quite pure surname page). Identical names spelled differently ("Mac", "Mc" and the obsolete "M'" are pretty much interchangeable in Irish and Scottish surnames; the decision whether or not to capitalise the letter after "Mac" is also a matter of personal preference). (Kipling's poem "McAndrew's Hymn" was originally published as "M'Andrew's Hymn", and that spelling is still sometimes seen.)

McDowell seems to be the most common spelling for both people and places. MacDowell should be a redirect to DAB page McDowell, as {{R from other spelling}}. All the surname stuff for both spellings should be gathered into McDowell (surname), and all the non-surname stuff moved into McDowell. MacDowell (surname) should be created as a redirect to McDowell (surname).
