While there is some truth to the recently added sections, I think there is too much emphasis on controversies surrounding the super-hospital. I believe that it would be best to trim these back a bit, and to of course add more references. The lack of balance is particularly apparent in the "Weak public support and lack of public consultation" section. The bureaucrats liked it. There was a lot of outcry about the whole project from even before they shut down other hospitals before they even began to dig. The building itself faced major criticism for poor planning and was called an eyesore by many. The staff is great but they are limited by a poorly planned physical facility.
