McLaren Speedtail: "spiritual" successor?
editShould we add the "(spiritual)" tag? Different sources are saying different things... I changed it lately, but I think I'll add it back for now and then see what y'all think Andibrema (talk) 19:29, 21 November 2020 (UTC)
Engine Specifications
editCurious about the "14% more powerful" figure, as by all listed (kW/HP/PS) metrics, it is ~12.4% more powerful. If this figure was derived by some other metric, a citation might be desirable. Also Swapping between % for power difference, then raw number for weight difference is inconsistent. Update needed here too ? 101.167.58.205 (talk) 05:11, 2 February 2023 (UTC)
1989 production year?
editI saw a comment on FastestLaps.com and apparently there was a McLaren F1 model made in 1989. Wikipedia article also points out to 1989, so that must be right. I mean, '89? Why did McLaren all of the sudden release its prototype in 1992? 2600:6C50:4000:27D0:8839:F5B3:5AFE:9BB3 (talk) 10:22, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
- Its development started in 1989 but the first one was sold in 1992 71.241.131.89 (talk) 16:50, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
- Ok thanks for clarifying :))) 2600:6C50:4000:27D0:8C01:FFF6:4D0B:FED7 (talk) 21:03, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
