Would appreciate advice on placing this article. I created it when filling in some gaps in the listed buildings in Manchester category. Now find that the Institute is covered in the UMIST article, which makes sense as the Institute was a forunner. However, I think it merits an article of its own, both as a listed building and as the birthplace of the TUC but it seems odd to have it in two places. I understand it's just a stub at present but I could work it up. There must be a Wikipedia convention on dual placing. Advice appreciated. KJP1 (talk) 16:49, 8 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
