This unregistered user has been constantly vandalizing anything to do with Mechanix. It's getting quite annoying. What's funny is that they said I was a vandal and could be blocked from editing, when clearly they are in the wrong! Could we please get a moderator involved and get this person blocked from editing? I have dealt with that IP before when they had edit warred on the articles Psychotic Supper and Edison's Medicine, regarding a source which was in fact an image, which was not reliable. They argued and said that the reverts were omitting information, but they were refusing to listen to the fact that the source they were using was not reliable, and was inconsistent. I fail to see how they are “vandalising” the page when it’s true it’s a Metallica song originally released by Metallica in 1982 and later covered by Megadeth in 1985. You keep ignoring that very important piece of info for some reason. 85.255.233.156 (talk) 12:54, 4 August 2023 (UTC)

Then they need to discuss on the talk page regarding their edits. No one on Wikipedia, not even an IP, gets to say "my way only" as they do not own the article. If they want their edits included, then they need to come to a consensus on the talk page, in which they need to present the edit they want changed and then wait until there is others that can work on an agreement to include their edits. It is not a "cover". If it is to be listed as a cover, then it should be credited to the band Panic. This would also mean songs like Sunday Morning, Secret, Ragdoll and Not Coming Home by Maroon 5 would need to be listed as Kara's Flowers covers, due to the band recording demos of the song, and Set the World Afire would need to be listed as a Fallen Angels cover.
