Vagueness and blind statements
The statement beginning with "Starting in 2007..."s questioned right from the beginning. This, while not being cited yet, allows the article to lose its integrity within the first few lines. This and the few statements that follow sound very vague and un-researched. Unfortunately this information is almost impossible to cite (which probably explains why it isn't.) After review of the rest of the article, there were other sections that were properly cited and the sources checked out. However there was more than one section where there were numerous errors or statements that needed citation and did not have them. Overall, this article has potential to be more informative with the proper citations to back up its statements.Michaelcronin15 (talk) 15:56, 17 April 2018 (UTC)Michaelcronin15
Article Evaluation - Adding source to "Terminology" Section
This Washington Post article can demonstrate the questioning of media conglomerates addressed in the section. The wikipedia article as is claims that in 2007 the questioning about media conglomerates started, and this Washington Post article covers a protest in 2007 that was opposed to Media Consolidation. By adding this article to the section, it can verify that there was criticism of media consolidation in November of 2007.
