I thought I might as well get this started. It's very rare for me to look up even a minor piece of mathematics here and not find an article for it. Note: The link to the help page for the R implementation seems to require a U Minn student account. This seems like a bad idea. Surely the help page is accessible through some site that does not require registration.
Adding a graph of procedure?

Thank you! That would certainly be the next step, but I regret to say I lack the technical ability with which I can code in presentable matrices. Hopefully someone can pick it up from here.
