Feedback from New Page Review process

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: A concise page, supported by appropriate references, although some of them are from associated entities (the FDA). While some editors prefer prose, I think that the table in the history section is clear. While it may be obvious to US readers, including the legistature passing the bill would be helpful. The page also discusses two topics: the act and the programme. That's fine, but a clearer distinction between them might be helpful.
