The word 'country' doess not only refer to sovereign states. It can also refer to non-soverign political entities, e.g. British overseas territories. The same concept an also apply to Hong Kong and Macao so it is not inappropriate to list Hong Kong or Macao as country. In fact, it has always been a customary practice to do that and only a minority of people think differently.

Not enough information for a standalone article. Merging would be a better alternative. Mr RD 16:06, 19 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

The two are different. Melco International Development owns Melco Entertainment. Furthermore, there are signs that the Entertainment wing will further expand worldwide [1].
