I think this page needs more information about memory augmention. for example, what causes it?, where it came from?, whats oriented with it?, etc. I also think this article needs more references as well.--Cearesc (talk) 23:03, 15 October 2011

Hello, I am interesting in editing more information about this article.I already gathered plenty information about this article. If anyone can provide me more suggestions for further editing, I will very appreciated for your helps. --Minyi Ruan (talk) 21:04, 17 April 2015 (UTC)
The sentence that states "the retrieval of memory has been proven faulty in the human brain" does not make sense to me. It needs clarification and a reference as it is making a bold claim that memory is faulty. Also I think that there is a multiplicity of studies done that test different ways a person can augment their memory. Is there a reason no other study has been added? The easiest one to add is one of the studies that talks about how writing notes can be more beneficial than typing notes.
here is one I have found I did not add it yet as i think there are better articles out there.
(2016). A Comparative Study of Handwriting and Computer Typing in Note-taking by University Students. Comunicar, 24(48), 101–107. https://doi.org/10.3916/C48-2016-10 — Preceding unsigned comment added by LukeMarkham (talk • contribs) 23:59, 14 October 2019 (UTC)
In order to make the article cleaner and easier to read I would recommend two actions- first, better identify “6 Procedures illustrate the Ubiquitous memories system,” most likely through the cutting down of words (“Ubiquitous Memory System Procedures”) and bolding it. Additionally, I would remove the use of “he/she” and replace it with “they.” There is missing/unfinished content, as well as some that is directly taken from a single source. This article would widely benefit from additional detail regarding “Touching operation (vs. gazing operation)” (this describes the physically-based experiences one has with an object) and under which conditions the system would detect the object (adding second condition- “Position of an object”). A good way to make this article better is to make the introduction separate from the studies that are referenced. Also this article needs more hyperlinks as the majority of the information of memory augmentation can be found on other pages. — Preceding unsigned comment added by LukeMarkham (talk • contribs) 02:00, 8 November 2019 (UTC)
