1983 was the first year the full-size Fords and Mercurys were made with fuel injection. The first year for the Ford F-Series and Bronco with the fuel-injected 302 was 1985. The 300 cu in straight 6 followed in 1987 and finally the 351 and 460 engines in 1988.--Kevjgav (talk) 01:44, 12 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Never mind, for this car, the 302 received fuel injection in 1981, not '83, so I just reverted that edit.--Kevjgav (talk) 01:49, 12 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
