Page move rationale
editThere are two suburbs in New Zealand of the name Merivale, although this one (in Christchurch) is clearly more notable than Merivale, Tauranga. That said, the Australian company at Merivale (company) gets page views higher than the Christchurch suburb. I shall move this suburb article and set up a dab page. Location in the lead
editI won't play around with it now, but the wording is not ideal even accepting the lack of clear boundaries. My first thought is that all the retail on the east side of Papanui Rd is implied to be in St Albans?? I agree with the need for a citation to back the REA claim (even though it is true!)
