editThe Website and Forum section reads like some fanboy got his hands on Internet for the 1st time.... it needs to be rewritten. Neofelis Nebulosa (моє обговорення) (27th of April 2006)
First issue date
editInfobox says 1986. This relates to the UK edition. The following reference jpg shows the 3rd issue of the German edition which came out in April 1984:

The confusion stems from the fact that the concept of the magazine was developed during 1993-94 in London by Rimensberger but first realised in Germany with a German edition. This was followed by the English language (UK) edition in 1986. Subsequently there was also the Dutch written Aartschokk/Metalhammer and 8 other language editions around the world.
