Just a few grammar and MOS fixes are needed here:

• (1-minute sustained) should be (sustained one minute).
• Date format should be consistent throughout ("22 October" vs. "October 23")
• "The low pressure area dropped heavy " dropped-->produced?
• "By six hours after formation" remove By
• "with some rainbands to its south" some-->several
• "began paralleling the northeastern " paralleling-->moving parallel to
• Make all times consistent throughout.
